How to report pirated 3D models to D5Works? No response to emails.

Hi,

I’m currently dealing with an issue where my 3D models are being distributed without authorization through D5Works. I have contacted their support multiple times via email, but unfortunately I have not received any response, and the models are still available.

Anyone else here had this problem?

I’ve also saw other companies works there, contacted them about it, but I think they have the same issue, because stolen models are still there.

It seems possible to report to the official Works (but considering D5 is a Chinese company – they are about to enter their Spring Festival holiday, so the response time may be a bit delayed)

Still no response, I’m starting to think that D5 is ok with piracy…

Hello @Piotr

Hello @Piotr

Thanks, some of them are now removed, but we send two e-mails about it, and most products are still visible.
