“I live-synced and mapped a model to D5 and saved it, but the next day when I tried to live-sync the file again, it didn’t appear in the sync list. I’m wondering why this issue occurs.”
Hi @bethelo
- Are you using a cloud storage to store this file? If so, please download the model in your local file path first.
- Did you perhaps change its file location?
I am in a situation where I cannot continue working on one computer. Does this phenomenon occur when I change computers and use d5 while fixing the location of the modeling file and d5 file on a network drive?
Hi @bethelo
Working on files directly from a network or cloud drive during syncing can lead to complications for now since we have yet to optimize this workflow. Therefore, it’s best to download them to your local path for editing and then transfer them to the network or cloud drive only when you need to share or back them up.
