You should be able to see the update on the Workflow tab. Let me know if you don’t have it on your end.

May I confirm whether you are using a Team account?
Currently, Team user accounts cannot see the upgrade option directly in the D5 Launcher. The upgrade option is currently available only for Individual accounts. Thank you for your understanding.
i redownloaded d5 launcher it worked, meaning i reinstalled everything

I always get an error message when I try to perform an update on my office PC.
Have you changed anything in the URLs/domains of the update server?
Or can you provide me with this information so that I can pass it on to the IT experts for the filter list?
At the moment, I don’t want to attempt a complete uninstall.
