How can I achieve such glowing flasks? Here’s what I got

I tried to illuminate the bubbles with green light, but the bubbles do not perceive light. I can’t choose the color of my particles. I can’t set up an emissive for them either. There is also no size randomization parameter.

Hello, you are using the bubbles particle from D5 assets library, right? It does not support color reflection, so it cannot achieve the effect you want.
