How do I get an image on a wall?

Hi, I work in stand construction, so I design stands for trade fairs.
I’ve been using D5 Render since today, but I can’t quite figure it out. I want to put the printing that the customer has made on the wall in the impression of the design. Can someone explain to me how I can do this? See the image, so the printing must be on the blue walls.

Hello @dsostandbouw , have a nice day
Can you explain more and show me the image you want to stick on the wall? There are many ways to stick it on the wall.
Put any decal in the assest → model → decal section. Then change the texture with the image you want, then delete the texture in the opacity section.
I tried it, see if that is what you want? if not, please specify your desire.

This is just one of many ways, I need to know what picture you want to put on the wall to be able to help you accurately. Thanks

Hi, what program do you use to interface with D5?

Hi, in my opinion the colleague wants to put the company logo on the wall.

Yeah, we need to know specifically what he wants to help correctly.

It depends on what you’re using to realize this space. Your own graphics program that interfaces with D5. Or, are you using the D5 program directly, in this case I don’t know if you can use the entire library, if you are not a D5 subscriber. Because there are different ways to put a writing or a picture with your painting on the wall ‘as the colleague explained before’.

Hello, Thanks for your response, the image must be on the entire wall. It does not matter which image the customer supplies per wall banner files to us. I have worked with Artlantis before and now in D5 I notice that there is a big difference in use. I already tried to find an explanation video on how to add textures and images but have not found it yet.

To make the images cover the entire wall, scale them.

Hi there. As our Forum Legends suggest, you may want to insert images by applying basic material and then inserting the image into the Base Color Map. You can modify its scale by clicking the icon and adjusting your pictures according to how they are projected on the surface. Thank you.
