How do I enable Path Tracer in New Update

I used to be able to enable path tracer through preference’s in the Menu, however the new update seems like it is missing that option. Is there another way to Enable path tracer. RTX 4070 Intel 14700k

Path Tracing in 2.11 is already enabled by default.
