How can I share the Virtual Tour link?

I understand that the Virtual Tour can be shared in two ways:

  • Share Online
  • Share EXE files

Online Sharing

Since the online sharing method is published on D5 Cloud, I understand that I need to keep the Team version active to maintain online sharing.
If I downgrade to the Pro version, I assume that I will no longer have access to D5 Cloud, meaning that the online sharing link will no longer work.

Could you please confirm if this understanding is correct?

EXE File Sharing

I have confirmed that clicking the .exe file and selecting the resource folder in the same directory successfully launches a local virtual tour web page.

However, while the generated link works on my computer, when I try to open the same link from another device, I get an error saying “This site can’t be reached.”

Is there a way to share the virtual tour link generated from the .exe file so that others can access it?
Additionally, I would like to embed the virtual tour on my personal website. Could you guide me on how to do this?

  • The links that you have generated while you were in D5 Teams will still be accessible but you can not create any Virtual Tour links once you have changed to our PRO subscription.

  • Please ensure that our website is not blocked by any software on that device. You can try using another network or VPN to check if it can be accessible

  • Im not entirely sure of the exact and detailed process on this, but I think including the Virtual Tour Link or .exe file will be inserted in your website’s code.
