HELPPPP! D5 Rendering of My Whole Building Project Distorted!

HELP PLEASE ASAP!!!
As I was working on my revit project, D5 randomly glitched on me making my building squished, and basically raised my floors - reference to the images of what it supposed to look like and how D5 squished it.
Things Ive done

  • close out of d5 and reopened
  • close out of revit and d5, restarted my commuter then reopened
  • uninstalled Both the d5 software and the syncing to revit app and reinstalled both and reopened
    NONE of that has worked, it still is showing up distorted!!

WHAT DO I DO! Thank you to anyone who helps!!

I apologize for the inconvenience. Have you tried changing the perspective view in d5 Render?
