HELP ME. D5 converter not respond after update
before update don’t have problem ,after update can’t use sketchup D5 converter

Hello kettisaklove, Please close SU then reinstall the SU plugin from our official website:
Download | D5 Render

I think you were editing several SU files when it updated the plugin? This may cause update failed, sorry for that.

At the moment, i have SU 2021 and 2022 . Are you saying I have to uninstall Su 2021? Then should it work?

Hello dadi, no need to uninstall SU 2021 or go back to the old version plugin 0.5.0.
The problem is caused mainly because we open skp models when updating the plugin. (Normally, we need to close SketchUp before updating the plugin)

Please reinstall the plugin from our official website:
