Help d5 render

I have a problem with D5. Before I formatted my laptop, everything was working fine. However, after the format, I couldn’t access the D5 website to download the software. I had to use a VPN to access and download it.

Once I installed the program, it now doesn’t allow me to download the furniture, assets, and materials; I get a network error. I can only download when I activate a desktop VPN, but this is very slow. Before, without needing to use a VPN, I could download everything normally.

Hi @diego.pardo, apologies for the inconvenience. D5 asset library requires a stable internet connection as well as other features such as the AI enhancer.

Please are you able to access other websites without a VPN? Does the network error occur only for the asset library? Kindly check if you’re able to use the AI feature which requires internet connection as well.

I recommend updating your drivers, especially the network drivers to resolve the network connectivity issues. Please let us know if this issue persists after the updates.

The error occurs exactly in the library and all the functions related to the Internet in D5, outside of the program I can browse the Internet without problems, I have already updated all the drivers and controllers but the problem continues.

Hi @diego.pardo I would like to recommend syncing your computer’s local time with the server time.

  1. Open time and Language settings and check if the time server is set to time.server.com

  2. If the time server is not time.windows.com, press win+R, enter timedate.cpl, and then update in InternerTime Settings
