same level but you can see the horizontal which i moved outside, how the starching affect there sir
i’ll suggest take vertical slight outside, i guess glaz edge reflection and mullion at same level doing issue.

in real world mullions are always middle or +/- of glaz to support but never on edge .

I’ve tested your file; this issue is a known one and is related to how D5 handles anti-aliasing.
Hi, Clov our Animation is complete i render few clips in 4k and some of them 2k in 4k there is less flickering but take more time to render but overall my experience D5 need some improvements for this type scenes,
I’ve forwarded your insights further to my team. Another workaround for this issue is to try to render an animation sequence instead of a normal video since it produces better anti-aliasing.
