Generic Models doesn't sync or export in Revit 2024

Hi,

I’m having problems when trying to Export or Sync a Revit model into D5, as it shows everything but the generic models and model groups .

There’s no filter applied to export Generic models separatedly. It just don’t show up in D5.

Anyone had this problem too ?

software versions:
Revit 2024
D5 2.6.1.0423
Revit sync 0.4.6.0006

Sorry for your issue. Please share your revit model and D5 file with us. We will check them (support@d5techs.com, please describe the problem and attach the link of this post to your mail).
BTW, you can use our support tool ( D5 Support Tool - Get Help / Tech Support - D5 RENDER FORUM) to check weather there is any software confliction.

Hi Luna,

Sure I’ll send it.

Although , today when I turned D5 on … I syncronized the model again to test and send you the problem… it exported my generic models, but the material don’t, all autodesk materials didn’t loaded.

I’ll send the files so we can discuss. thank you again
