Files opening without the imported 3D Model

Hi. I open my file and all of a sudden the 3D model ain’t there anymore. Only the software assets and the scenes. This week it already happen twice and a couple more times last month. This shouldn’t be happening at all. I quit lumion to use D5 for better results and workflow but there (lumion) I never had this kind of problem. My client ask for changes and now what!? Am I suposed to configure all over again!? I need some help here. I’ll send the log files as well.

Hi mate, the logs are received. This situation is not normal. May I ask if your model was imported with the plugin? Also, is it saved in a network location, such as NAS, or third-party services like OneDrive?

You can now re-import the model into the scene and check if the material is normal. Please remember to back up the file first.
