File loads completely and immediately closes

hi, yesterday I was working with a d5 render document, I made some renders and today I opened it to make more renders, when I opened the file I got a message that SLOW TDR was detected and I had to fix it, I clicked on fix and then restart the pc, then I tried to open the file again, when I opened it it loads completely, the model window opens and immediately closes, I already ran d5 as administrator and restarted the computer and the problem persists with this file, I also tried to open the version history of the file but the same thing happens, it closes when it finishes loading, it should be noted that it only happens with this file, when I open other files they do load and open normally. The TDR Issue is usually connected with the VRAM Usage. You did mention that this issue only persists on a specific file. May I know:

  • The size of this file
  • Are there a lot of vegetation assets?

Can you please send me the following information, so I can check if your device’s VRAM is sufficient to run complicated D5 scenes? Otherwise, you may need to optimize your file and delete some assets (I’ll let you know once I confirm it, just to make sure any other problems do not cause this issue)
