I had an old file on Dropbox that I downloaded now becuase I want to run the old renderings through AI inhancement since I, unfortunetely, cannot upload an older rendering and use the AI tool on it. After downloading the whole file however, it says that the file is corrupt. I do have some old saves in the folder, however I cannot open history versions since I do not have the project in recents (I have also updated D5 since I worked on that old project). There are also bak files but again, I don’t know how to open these.
Please help since I don’t want to redo the entire project just to use the AI on the renderings!

Hello, I’m here to assist you. This issue typically occurs when you only download the .drs file instead of the entire folder. Please try downloading the complete scene and folder where you previously had that file. After that, try opening it again, and it should work.

I have copied the whole folder abd it is still not working. The thing is I used to use Dropbox, so it used to be a dropbox folder, but I have the dropbox app uninstalled from my PC and since moved to G.Drive so I no longer have the old dropbox folder which was the original file location. I have the projects online on Dropbox so I am donwloading them to my PC but in Google drive folder now. I hope I can still open all of my older files somehow? It is kinda very important that I do, because I have over 100 projects transfered the same way.

Ahh it was Google Drives fault. I downloaded the project directly on my PC in a normal folder and not a G.Drive one and it works. Thank you!
