Failed to subscribe but my bank account got locked

I recently attempted to activate the free trial for D5 Teams, but after submitting the application, the trial did not appear in my D5 account. Initially, I assumed it was a technical issue, so I logged into my account to cancel the trial immediately. However, I couldn’t find any option to cancel the subscription, which led me to believe that the application had failed.

To my surprise, I later discovered that my bank account had been locked by D5. I’m very concerned and would appreciate it if someone could clarify why this has happened, especially since I only intended to apply for the free trial.

I’m not sure what you meant by ‘locked’ since we have no capabilities of doing such. Additionally, can you share to us your email so I can check?
