The sketchup file just a test with few contents, when I tried to click the icon “Connect to D5 render” it stucks at below windows.
I try to open the file in D5 render, it keeps initialing as below.
Both ways I have keep waiting for 1 night more than 8 hrs, still loading.

Does this problem happen in all scenes or only a specific one? If you try to create a new empty scene, can D5 run normally? If the issue persists, let me know.

please tell me your System Info by clicking the version on the Welcome page and your Windows version in ‘‘Settings-About’’ on your PC.

D5 will only work properly when the driver version matches the computer system version. Please update your graphics card driver to 31.0.15.3114 or above.
