Hi, i am a university instructor and i tried to apply for the educational license.
My university does not issue faculty ID cards so when i tried to apply my application was rejected. I did upload an official university document stating that i am fully employed as an educator at the university. how can this be resolved? thx.

thanks for reaching out. I checked this matter. I found out that the reason for your rejection was that you uploaded three exactly the same certificates. If your university doesn’t issue faculty ID cards, can you provide a screenshot of logging into your university’s website? It should preferably contain your name, photograph, and basic information. And then, please apply again on the website with the added material. This is also to ensure the security of each user’s individual information. Thank you for your cooperation!

I just checked, your application has been assessed and approved, it will be issued to you shortly and you will be notified by email. Remember to bind your device within 7 days and do not change your device during the duration of use.

I was logged out of my student account after updating D5 RENDER to version 2.8. Upon logging in again, it is not displaying the educational license; instead, it’s showing a community license. Please assist me.mkomk

Normally the EDU is valid for 180 days, if it’s more than that your account will become community version. Please have a check.
