Educational License Approval---Reviews are typically completed within 7 business days

Good day!

I applied for an educational license for D5 Render three days ago. I have used D5 for my past renders. However, I wasn’t aware that my license had already expired, so I renewed it right away. I would like to ask if my application has already been reviewed. We have a deadline this weekend and urgently need to use D5 for our thesis.

Kindly let me know if there is anything else I need to submit to confirm my educational license.

My account email is sophiaashley.canunayon@cit.edu

Thank you very much, and I hope to hear from your team soon.

Hi @ela I too have applied past week for education license but still its pending. Kindly help!

Hi @saurabh.arch

Thank you for reaching out. Your application was rejected because the supporting document you submitted was incorrect. Please provide a valid document issued within the last 3 months that clearly confirms your enrollment in the current semester for the 2025/2026 academic year.

Once you have the correct document, please resubmit your application through the D5 Launcher, and our team will review it accordingly.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Good day! I’m an architecture student trying to ask about the educational license, I tried signing up but it says my school is not in English thus making me unable to submit my application, for reference my school is Cebu Institute of Technology-University, asking for help on this THANKYOU

Hi there, I have a classmate who’s been trying to get in contact with you guys but she hasn’t heard back in quite sometime, she tried to sign up but it’s not working her email is stos0002@algonquinlive.com if someone could please get in contact with her!

I am a third-year Architecture student currently studying at the University of Sydney. I would like to reapply for the D5 Student License, as I believe my previous application may not have included complete or clearly presented supporting documents.

For this submission, I have ensured that all required materials are properly provided. I am very interested in D5 Render and would greatly appreciate the opportunity to use it as part of my academic work and design development.

I understand that processing may take time; however, I would greatly appreciate any update you can provide. I will have to submit one of my interism design next week so I wish we can proceed faster. My email is yzho0780@uni.sydney.edu.au

Please let me know if there are any additional requirements or information needed from my end.

Thank you for your time and consideration.

Good day!

I hope you’re having a productive week. I’m reaching out to kindly follow up on my student license application, which I submitted seven days ago (Email: deniserose.delacruz@neu.edu.ph).

I understand your team may be busy, but I would appreciate a quick update on the timeline for approval. Please let me know if there are any pending requirements I should address.

I hope for its fast approval since I need it for my renders. Thank you for your time and assistance!.

Hi @lefe0225

Thanks for for letting us know. I checked on our side and it looks like our support team already replied to her email about 5 days ago. Could you please ask her to check her inbox again, including the spam/junk folder, just in case it was filtered there?

If she still can’t find it, she can reply to the original email or send us another message and I’ll be happy to check and assist further. Sorry for the inconvenience, and thanks for your help.

Hi @ela I have resubmitted, Please check. From start I am sharing the same proof of status from University Website and I used to avail the license from your end. Please consider.

Thank you very much, hope you see and respond soon.

Hi, I`ve already completed the student license form. May I kindly ask if you could review my application? I really need it for my ongoing school project, I am currently working on my Thesis. Thank you.

Hi @nhathuyphongphu

I checked your account associated with 22t1040019@husc.edu.vn, and it currently shows you have an active subscription.

If you plan to continue using the Education license, please apply for the EDU license again once your account is back in the Community version. This will allow the verification process to proceed properly. Thank you
