I recently subscribed to the Pro version of D5 Render, but now I am a Master’s degree student and would like to switch to the free Student License again.
However, after my Pro subscription ended, the “Student Status Verification” section has disappeared from my account, so I cannot submit my proof of enrollment.
Could you please advise how I can re-enable this section or apply for the Student License again?
