Hello! I am interested in applying for a student subscription. I have completed the form, but when I try to confirm my answers, a red line appears, saying “Please fill in complete information”. This red line is preventing me from proceeding with the subscription process. Could you please help me resolve this issue? Thank you in advance for your assistance.

There are two possibilities as to why the error prompt appeared
- Region
- Which Region are you from?
- Please select your region from the drop-down menu and avoid manually typing it.
- Sync your Server Time and Local Time
If any of these two suggestions did not work please:
- Try to connect to another network
- Use VPN (let us know which region you’re in, too)
Note: If all of the aforementioned solutions fail, please submit to us a log file.
