I’ve recently submitted my request for an educational license for D5 Render and was wondering how long it usually takes to hear back. I’m currently working on a project and would really love to start using D5 for rendering as soon as possible.
Has anyone had experience with getting a faster response, or is there anything I can do to speed up the process?
Under normal circumstances, the review process will be completed within 7 working days and the result of the application will be replied to the user via emai l (if the application is rejected, the reason will also be noted in the email).
