I am attempting to register for a D5 Render education account, but I have not received any verification code to complete the registration process.

  • I have checked my entire email inbox, including the primary and spam folders, but the confirmation code is nowhere to be found.
  • I request assistance from your support team and the developer to resolve this issue.

I checked our system, and the verification code was successfully delivered to your email address. However, we are aware of an ongoing issue where certain email domains may not receive our verification emails even when they are sent correctly.
