I am trying to apply for an educational account, but I keep receiving a “Submit Failed” error during the application process. I have already tried updating the software, restarting my computer, and changing my internet connection, but the issue persists. I need access to the educational version as soon as possible, as I have a crucial exam in three days, and I urgently need to take some renders for my project. I received the message “Submission failed. Please try again.” error, I do as I always do, but this problem continues. I need help with this issue.

I apologize for the inconvenience. We will investigate this issue since this problem seems to be specific to certain regions. You were able to reach out to me privately, and using Mobile Data does not seem to work.
- Have you tried using a VPN and see if it is possible?
