I am trying to log in my EDU account on my desktop instead of my laptop but it say the account is link with other device. I have tried to reach to the support but I haven’t got any response yet. It was over a week already.

Hi mate, generally, The EDU account should be bonded to only one device, the first time you bind, you can have 14 days to consider which device you want to bind. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Hi Bruce, is there anyway I can ask the support team to reset it to me? I have a large working file for my thesis and I want to work it on my Desktop instead.
