Hi all. I am curious about a workflow to add a conceptual 3d house model onto a drone aerial JPG. Is this something that could be accomplished in d5 or would I take another software/program? Or maybe rendering the home from the same angle and overlaying it would accomplish this. Attached is an example of a drone JPG with a rendered home on it. This is what I would like to accomplish for my clients!
Hello, what modeling software do you use? In D5 we do not provide photomatch feature yet, but there are workarounds for different modeling software.
Hi Oliver,
I tend to work with models that are from Sketchup or 3DS. I enjoy texturing the models in d5 which is why I was curious. I wasn’t sure if there was a work around where I could take a rendered image and make something happen in Blender or another program. I texture in d5 so was hoping there was a way to make it happen!
