Hi Guys , i am having trouble with a heavy scene , and iam getting crashes sometimes after rendering a video … the scene consumes all my graphic card capacity (99%).
recently i got this message before the last crash
although I am always updating my drivers (my graphic card is RTX 4070 ti )
For example if iam playing a video beside working on D5 , this video will become glitchy then my D5 will crash .
I couldn’t find the option of High-Performance NVIDIA Processor in Nvidia control panel .
I have to say that this file is Huge , with many objects and scatters , but i cant tell if the slow performance is only in this file or not , since it my first D5 project , But I noticed that the performance became very slow once the project was full of many scatter objects and trees ,…etc
I apologize for the inconvenience this issue has caused. If the problem only exists with the current project or some of the scene files, it is likely that the file is too heavy and is taking up too much video memory, exceeding the load of your current device, and you need to lighten and optimize your file.
If the file fails to open, please delete the ‘f2’ folder under your WorkSpace path and then reopen the archive. Once it’s open, refrain from updating the assets until you have lightened your scene file by deleting some assets, including procedurally generated vines. This will help prevent it from crashing again due to excessive video memory usage.

Try to open a D5 Render Demo Scene File and see if it opens normally and is smooth to navigate.
