Hi everyone,

I’m trying to update to D5 Render version 3.0, but I keep getting a warning/error message that doesn’t allow me to complete the update.

The update starts normally, but it only reaches 70%. Once it gets to 70%, the process stops and a pop-up error message appears.

I’m attaching screenshots of the error message that shows up, in case it helps to better understand the issue.

Has anyone experienced this problem before or knows what steps I should follow to fix it? I’d really appreciate any help or guidance.

Thank you for the details and screenshots. Could you please try the following steps:

  1. Temporarily disable antivirus, firewall, VPN, or proxy, then retry the update.
  2. If using the in-app updater does not work, download the full D5 Render 3.0 installer from the official website and install it manually.
  3. Make sure your internet connection is stable (a wired connection is preferred).
  4. Run the installer as Administrator.
