Hello, have you tried putting the thickness on the glass, or removing it to see if the reflection changes?
I tried it on my end with Path Tracing enabled and Custom GI, and it seems to be normal. Is this only evident on this specific file? Perhaps have you tried modifying the glass material?
Buenas a todos. Yo tengo el mismo problema. El vidrio que modelo tiene un grosor de 1 cm pero al desactivar el hecho de que no es un plano y si un volumen, me dobla tambien el reflejo como el problema que reportaís. SI activo la casilla de grosor, si se ve bien el reflejo pero entonces los cantos del cristal desaparecen. EL material de cristal que utilizo es el normal glass de d5 render. Que puedo hacer?? Gracias

Could you please provide a screenshot showing the issue? Additionally, does this behavior occur only in this specific file, or are other files affected as well?
It would also be helpful if you could share your current glass material settings and render settings so we can better understand what’s causing the distortion.
