Good morning everyone, I need help, I’m desperate, after a sudden bug, at the new opening of D5 the File no longer opens, how do I recover all the work of the day. A few minutes earlier I had saved the drawing. Where do I find the last useful save available and how can I reactivate it. I forgot to say that the drawing no longer opens because the software trying to open it turns off suddenly. Thank you

Hello, sorry to hear that you ran into this problem, could you tell me how it appears now when you open the file?
Please send your scene file( the whole folder which contains the .drs file) to my email ziyin.zhu@d5techs.com
Also, we need two folders that contain logs files:
- A folder called logs, in the installation directory of D5 2.0
- A folder called Saved, in C:/Users/your account/AppData/local/d5_immerse
We will look into this issue and find the cause as soon as possible.

Hello gian, please check the email I sent you. We can open your scene file with no problem.
Please do not put it in non-English path, or very long file path, then you can try opening it again.
