I don’t use antivirus, firewall disabled, clean installation, new video drivers, I have 2 screens, what is the problem with the 2 screens? the program enters but still does not run, can someone help me with this, I already tried everything but there is no case with the d5 render
Hello, we checked the log file you sent, and the issue cause is still the same one as last time, sorry for that.
A file in SmartSteamEmu installation folder changes a setting of your system. If you have uninstalled the program but the problem remains, we think maybe it is not removed completely.
I will send you the file path privately, please check your private message.
Can you please better explain what happens? From your message it is not very clear. Glad to help but you need to be more precise.
I run the app and it closes after a few seconds.
It already happened to me with the previous version, there I modified some dll but it doesn’t work either, no problem, the idea was to test the software, I ran out of ideas, I’ll wait for other versions later!! Cheers !!
I don’t know man it sounds very strange. Normally you shouldn’t mess around with .dllsib order for the program to work.
Try the following:
- check whether you meet the system requirements for running d5 on your system
- check your graphics driver
- check your direct x version
- check whether you have some sort of special settings applied to the D5 executable (eg. compatibility mode windows)
- try to run the program as administrator
- maybe temporarily disable your antivirus protection and test again
But honestly your problem sounds graphic related to me!
Hi mate,
Beside the file I mentioned above, there is another thing related to your system:
we found this in the log when checking the GPU and display info.
we guess the powershell of your system needs an update as well, the best way is to run a fixes of the third-party software or reinstall the system from Microsoft official. (just a suggestion)
Thanks,
Oliver
