Hello, to confirm, this happens only to image rendering, right? Please make sure your D5 Render version is the latest 2.3.4.0931/0932.
Also, you can try lowering the blur value.

I just downloaded the D5 again yesterday so it´s the latest.
I just did an animation for testing. It´s much better but it has a little bit of flickering and a kind of a sharp edge at the end of the dof
I know that decreasing the dof could fix some of the issues but would be better in future to have a good dof on any dof situation.

By the way, did you turn on Round Corner for that material?
I rendered with and without round corners, I also tested with and without supersampling… but the results were pretty much the same. If you need any other tests let me know if I can help.
