Does the City map have 3D terrain or just flat?

I downloaded this app so that i can use a 3d terrain using your city download feature. but when imported everything is just flat with some buildings. is there no 3d feature like in sketchup?

City Generator excludes the precise topographic map; the data is from OSM.
