HDRI light enters the interior even though the object is covered, resulting in a black rendering. After the lighting is added, the rendering remains dark. please help me
Thanks for reporting this, and I apologize for the inconvenience caused.
To help us diagnose the problem, could you please provide a screenshot showing the viewport and the resulting render where the lighting issue is visible, and the exact version of D5 you are currently using?
Looking forward to your response.
hey thanks for reply my issue.
you can see this file im import like this, before its not like this and after i start to rendering and make some lighting or not still like this for the result. could you help me for this problem and why like that bcs i didnt put hdri too but the sun go to inside object…
thanks.
Based on the screenshot you shared, it seems no lighting asset has been added. So the render will naturally appear very dark, especially since this is an enclosed space. In this case, you would need to install interior lights (such as spotlights, point lights, or strip lights) to illuminate the area.
Also, please check for any small gaps between the walls, ceiling, or roof elements that could allow light to enter. Even a small opening can allow HDRI or sunlight to leak into the interior.
Looking forward to your response. Thank you
