I can log in to the D5 program. But I cannot open previous projects. How can I solve this?

I apologize for the inconvenience. Does this occur in all previous projects? Were there any error prompts or pop-ups that appeared? If so, please send us a screenshot or a video recording of the issue occurring so we can further determine and assess the problem.
When the screen opens, the loading page appears but it closes directly and I cannot take a screenshot. This happens with some files. However, it opens without any problems on another computer.
