Hello, please see attached screenshot. There seems to be a bug with trying to change the orientation of the camera. The camera will jump to a random rotation after trying to adjust.
Also, how do you move through the scenes adding camera points to the floor plan ? If I add a camera to scene 1 everything is OK but then when I move to scene 2 and try to add (double click) a new camera position it just moves the camera from scene 1. No real help in the D5 documentation either.
I apologize for the inconvenience. So specific points have already been setup and you want to change or modify one of these points? How were you able to edit it? Did you click “Update Environmental Settings,” which only changed its thumbnail?
We recommend recording a video of the whole process (to avoid confusion and misunderstanding) and sharing the VT link so we can also check it.
Wrong Rotation - Using the Rotation component, you can unilaterally adjust the orientation of the camera without changing the current orientation of the panorama. This Icon should appear when you click the point that you have set-up, this will correct the rotation.
Adding Points - If you wish to add another point, you may need to select the points that appear after clicking the edit button near the Floor Plan Image. You may refer to the image below. Save and Exit and this should reflect on the preview.
