Personally I downloaded ProtonVPN, no bank account but a connection to a random server in free mode(it connects me to the Netherlands). Edit : Je viens de me rendre compte que je pouvais parler Français du coup ^^

Me pasa lo mismo, me ubico en Mexico, unicamente me da acceso usando una red desde el dispositivo movil
Are you using a home network or a company network? Can you use D5 normally before? What’s your ISP?
I use a home network, provider is “megacable, Mexico”
In version 2.7 everything flowed well, I don’t know if in 2.8 I disabled something or some widnows update
