D5 Subscription Suspended even after payment

I need a prompt response regarding my Pro subscription. I have already made the payment, yet my subscription is still suspended. I have emailed the D5 support team multiple times, but have received no response. This situation is quite frustrating, especially since I have projects that must be completed. I even reached out to a former colleague for assistance @Leah_Li @vera_hsu1 @vera.hsu.

As someone who has worked with D5 before, I expected a more timely support response.
