yes, I tried using my schoolās email it is egie_tinga@uv.edu.ph. It was last year, I dont know why I couldnāt apply for it.

I checked your account, and it already has an active EDU license associated with your school email (egie_tinga@uv.edu.ph) since December. This license is valid for 180 days and remains active until it expires.
You should be able to continue using D5 Render with all EDU features during this period.
