D5 still shows things which have been deleted from the SketchUp model

I have tried purging SketchUp, saving and closing and re syncing etc however D4 is still showing some items which have been deleted from Sketchup and some items which have been moved int he original position?

For example the reception desk has both old and new fin design on the face and the chairs to the right, pink are in the original position, they have since been moved and given a new green texture and D5 is now showing both.

Hi @emma.black

Were you able to stop the plug-in first, then resync again? Or perhaps close both applications, then open D5 first, then your SKP file, then activate the plug-in. May I also know the following:

Hi @Clov, Thank you for your response.

I have tried the above and added the texture folder in to sync it. This unfortunately still hasn’t fixed the issue. D5 version 2.11.0.0605 and Sketchup version 25.0.634 64 bit

Just to clarify, there is only one model that was brought to D5? Are there any models that is currently overlapping at each other in D5?

  • If there are none, then I may need to test your D5 File and SKP File on my end, please send it to support@d5techs.com and have it titled Clov-Forum D5 Still shows things which have been deleted from SketchUp Model.

Hi, I have this kind of issues back then and turns out its some model that hide in the “tag folder”, have you tried check on them?
