If yes, it’s typically an issue with your PC environment. Do you have a sufficient power supply and suitable GPU temperature? You can check it here~

bur while working or rendering it is never shut down
one computer install one d5 software is this rull ?? why am asking you some time i will have to go anywhere i can not carry workstation , i prefer laptop
Hi there, are the solutions provided by @Leah_Li able to work, especially in the clean reinstallation of the drivers? Is this issue evident in other files, or is it only shown in this specific file?
You might want to try to reinstall D5 Render in this manner:
- Delete D5 Config first then reinstall the software
