d5 is constantly showing 0 assets, i have tried multiple networks, and reinstalled it multiple times. i dont understand this
Please try the following:
- You mentioned you have tried to connect to another network. Is it another wifi connection? Have you tried using your mobile data (personal hotspot)?
- Please check the location of your Workspace folder; this should be located in your local C or D drive. We don’t recommend placing it in your Cloud Storage.
- You may also want to check if you have Full Control over the workspace’s location
