I hope you’re doing well, you can now try the virtual tour at DEMO. Please be patient while taking the tour, as it may take some time to load in each area you choose to visit. However, after you’ve visited the whole place, each waiting time will only take 3 seconds. I recommend selecting areas using the tour points rather than using the keyboard (WASD) or flyby. You may scan the updated user manual for your reference.
Note: Virtual tour is being offered only to Team subscription

i work solo and need to do some virtual tours like this, it will be available to the normal subscription ?

Currently, Virtual tours are exclusive to D5 Team version only. However, there may be a possibility of making some features available to the Pro and Community versions in the future. Please note that these features have not been specifically designed yet.
