D5 render won't launch due to DLL errors

Hi, good afternoon.

My PC specs:

i7 13700k
RTX 3090 Evga FTW3
128 GB ram DDR4 3600 mhz Corsair Vengeance RGB pro (4x32gb)
Motherboard Gygabite Aorus Z790 Elite Ax DDR4
Power Supply: Evga supernova 850 watts 80+gold
Ssd for windows: Wd Black Sn850x Nvme
Windows 11 22h2

I am having a problem launching D5 render recently. For the past couple of weeks the program isnt working for me, no matter what I do.
Anything else works flawleslly on this PC; Lumion, Vray, Photoshop etc. The same happens with games, all of them work as intended, even really intensive games like cyberpunk 2077 with raytracing or crysis 2 remastered.

D5 isnt launching anymore and displays the following message: The program cannot be launched because of DLL errors in the system". I went back to some old Drivers (the ones in which D5 render was working some time ago), but now it isnt working either on those previous drivers.

I tried unnistalling and installing D5 render again multiple times (even on different drives), but it isnt working.I tried your Dxr repair tool and ran it, but it didnt fix the problem.

Also tried to copy your D3D12.dll fix to my system32 folder, but it isnt allowing me to paste it and replace the old D3D12.dll one (says there is another folder where the file is open).

Then I also did a clean install of Windows 11 and the problem persisted. Then I tried with a clean install of Windows 10 (since reinstalling windows 11 didnt help) and it didnt solve the problem either.

I just went back again to Windows 11 (with a clean install) and the problem persists. I took apart most of my pc components (gpu, cpu, ram, ssd’s) and put them back in my motherboard, and the problem is still ocurring. I also tried to reset my bios settings, and perform a clear cmos on my motherboard, and the problem wont get solved.

Could please any of the savy technicians/programmers of D5 take a look at this very weird issue? I can share with you the log file created by D5 tool that shows the report of the issue.

I am a pro user and really like to use D5 render.

All components are brand new. The pc is only 4 months old

I see you haven’t solved the problem.
I can tell you a silly thing. Have you tried to install an old version eg D5 like 2.3, to remove the doubt if the charge is working.

Unfortunately yes. I had the 2.3 and 2.1 version installer, and tried to install both, but none of them work :sleepy:

Fine thanks. But I knew that they had contacted you to solve the problem remotely, so they didn’t solve you like that either, it seems strange to me. I am very sorry about this
Did you also try installing window 10?

Listen, at first I didn’t have a powerful PC that wouldn’t let me load D5, but I found a video that showed me how to get around it. See if he can fix the problem with this solution.

Oh, I didnt see the message from the D5 guy. I will send him a message to see if he can help me.

And yes, I installed again Windows 10, but the software stilldisplayed the exact same error
