D5 Render Student Account Not Register

I’ve already submitted the files for student account, I cannot receive the answer from D5.
It has been taken for 7 days already, so i wish i could use it.
How can i do more …?
Does it take more than 7 days ?

Welcome and thank you for your interest in D5 Render, apologies for this issue. Please confirm you are using this email ysajihun@yonsei.ac.kr? As I checked it on our backend, I cant find your application. Please double-check if you send it properly to D5.

I have reviewed your account and found that you have been granted Pro gifted days status. You have been given 8 days to use the Pro version, and your last day will be on September 13, 2024. After that date, you will be automatically downgraded to the community version. Your application has been approved but we can only operate the distribution to you when you are in community status. I hope this information answers your question.
