D5 Render Sketchup LiveSync loading field "Unsigned"

Hi all!

D5 Render’s SketchUp Live Sync was functioning perfectly until today. When I attempted to load my SketchUp 2024, it keeps failing, displaying an “Unsigned” error each time it starts.

I’ve tried every possible solution I found in the forums, including reinstalling the plugin and SketchUp, as well as deleting the file located at:

C:\Users\mypc\AppData\Roaming\SketchUp\SketchUp 2024\SketchUp\Plugins\su_to_d5render, but nothing has worked.

Can you please help?

This is what Ruby Console tab saying:

Hi there sorry for the inconvenience. Just to be sure, I will instruct you on how to clean reinstallation of your SketchUp Plug-in (assuming that you have missed some steps). Nevertheless, I will forward this issue to our team so we can give you the best possible fix if a clean reinstallation doesn’t work.

The routine for complete reinstallation is this:
Enter ‘%appdata%’ in the search bar to find the ‘su_to_d5render’ folder in ‘Sketchup-Plugins’, and delete the folder to uninstall the plugin entirely and then reinstall, then restart the PC to check the result.
