D5 Render not starting, nor initializing

Hello. I tried to open a file I was working on last month and now I can’t anymore. In fact I can’t open any file since a couple of days ago. Only the launcher has been updated. I need some help please! I need to send these files asap.

Can you provide us with more information regarding this problem, such as:

  • All files cannot be opened, even empty D5 Files?
  • When did this issue start? Is it after D5 Update?
  • Which Version of D5 Render are you currently using? The newest version is 2.11.1.0620. If you’re not yet in this version, try updating it.

Hello Clov,

It was some issues with windows updates. I managed to fix it by going back to the 24H2 version. Somehow it lost the connectiviity to the graphics card. But now it works

Thanks for updating. May I know the previous version of your Windows that may have caused the issue?
