Some projects I have encountered this problem with some functions freezing, others not (such as menus, icons) but always with a black screen. This happens most of the time when I click on VIdeo system. Clips do not open. I have to finish the task to be able to close the d5 render. And then open it again to get the screen again. Has anyone gone through this?

Apologize for having this issue. Is this the first time you run into this kind of issue? Or does it happen to all of your files or just to one specific file? Also, what’s your D5 current version? If you could also provide me with your systems and GPU specs would also be a great help for us to investigate your concerns.

I managed to solve it. Apparently there is a problem related to the files in the “VideoScreenShot” folder. I deleted the contents of the folder and opened the project again, and when I clicked Video everything worked without problems.

Just for confirmation, were files in your “VideoScreenShot” folder broken? 
How did they display?
I don’t know exactly which of the files was broken. And they were not being displayed when I clicked on Video. There were only .PNG files in the folder, I believe they were thumbs of the scenes created in the clips. As the error appeared whenever I clicked on Video, I thought there might be something wrong with them, I tried my luck and deleted them all. It worked.
