i am applying for d5 render education. However it keeps saying “submission failed” even if I input the correct info. I have tried other solutions posted here but nothing works. I was hoping I could use it this week. Please help thank you!

- Aside from that, please ensure that the region you have selected comes from the drop-down menu options and was not manually typed.
