I’m currently a student pursuing Bachelor of Architecture. I did apply for the Edu version and it was really great using all the features but it expired. Last time i did apply using my student id and transcript on March 2025 and my transcript that i used was also issued on February after my exams so technically the document is between the 3 month period. i have applied again on November using the same transcript since that is the only official that is handed to us, students, by our school (Kenyatta University) .So i was wondering how can i reapply again for the Edu version and the application to be approved having this constrain of having only the transcript. D5 team please assist. Thank you

You may apply for a renewal of your Edu License through the D5 Launcher, make sure you still meet the eligibility requirements and can provide valid supporting documents.
Renewal applications can be submitted after your current license expires or up to 15 days before the expiration date to ensure there is no interruption in your access. Thank you!
Hello ,the only issue is my transcript is past the 3 month window .I have applied multiple times for the application process to be rejected due to my transcript 3month window . What can i do? Thank you

Your application was rejected because the document you submitted is out of date. Please provide a recent document (issued within the last 3 months) that shows you’re currently enrolled in the 2025/2026 semester.
Since the courses in your transcript already show you’ve finished and passed that semester, we need proof that you are enrolled in an ongoing semester.
Once you have the correct document, please resubmit your application through the D5 Launcher, and our team will review it accordingly. Thank you for your understanding.
